• Group Stage: Teams will compete in a round robin group stage format

• Playoff Stage: After the group stages, the teams qualify for the Gold, Silver and Bronze playoffs - all based on their final standings

• Guaranteed Matches: Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 4 group games, with the possibility of 7 games depending on progression in the tournament.

• Game Duration: All 11v11 games are 2x25 minute halves. 7v7 games are 2x20 minutes

• Number aside: 2013 - 11 aside, 2014 - 7 aside

• Venues: Matches are played on natural and artificial grass fields around the city
